Affordable Housing

CJ has worked to create a hypothetical 100% affordable housing project based on policies specific to Los Angeles. These policies utilize the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles funding programs to serve those in needs in the Korea Town Neighborhood of Los Angeles. CJ was the lead on the financial narrative and created the pro forma of what could be a successful affordable housing project.
